About us
Einbürgerungstest online üben is a free learning service for everyone preparing for the citizenship test or the "Leben in Deutschland" test. It is made by DELISORIA GbR, a small team from Kamp-Lintfort.
Who we are
The website is run by DELISORIA GbR, represented by its partners Chris Roh and Marie Roh. We also make EveryLingua, a free language-learning website — there you can practise German up to level B1, the language level required for citizenship. You can find all details in the legal notice (Impressum).
Why this website exists
For many people, the citizenship test is an important step. The official question catalogue is available as a PDF from the BAMF — but a long list is hard to learn from. Here you practise the same questions in small portions, review exactly what you have not yet mastered, and see when you are ready. Practising is free and needs no registration; the catalogue with all answers is never behind a paywall.
How the content is created
- Official questions, unchanged. All 459 questions and answers are word for word as in the complete question catalogue (as of 07.05.2025). Before every release, a program checks each question, each answer and each solution against the catalogue.
- Our own explanations. Every question has its own explanation: why the answer is correct, a memory aid and the typical mistake. They are written with the help of AI, checked against reliable sources and marked on every page as our own, non-official content.
- Guides. The pages on procedure, registration, costs and results are based on information from the BAMF and the test centres and are updated when something changes there.
- Learning method. Questions are repeated at growing intervals (spaced repetition) — questions you have not yet mastered come up more often.
Independent of the BAMF
This website is a private service. It is not run by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) and is not connected to it. You take the test itself at an approved test centre. You can read where the questions come from and why we may publish them here under Source and rights.
