For Einbürgerungstest online üben and the purchase of Premium. As of October 2026.

1. Provider and scope

The provider is DELISORIA GbR, c/o Smarvo 295, Südstraße 31, 47475 Kamp-Lintfort, Deutschland (see legal notice). These terms apply to the use of the website, the voluntary account and the purchase of Premium. The contract language is German; this English version is for convenience.

2. What the website offers

A private learning service to prepare for the citizenship test and the “Leben in Deutschland” test. It is not an offering of the BAMF. The questions are taken unchanged from the official question catalogue. We do not guarantee that you will pass the test. Use is free of charge, as is the account.

3. Premium

Premium is time-limited access to additional features (currently: unlimited test simulations, detailed analysis, learning lab) for the number of days chosen at purchase (30 days for €4.99, 90 days for €9.99, 365 days for €14.99). It starts with payment, ends by itself and does not renew — it is not a subscription. A further purchase adds its days to running access. Premium requires an account and works on all devices where you are signed in.

4. Conclusion of contract and payment

You choose a period, confirm the immediate start and are forwarded to the checkout of our payment provider Stripe. By clicking the payment button there, you make a binding offer, which we accept by activating Premium. You receive the confirmation by email. All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT where applicable.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details are in the withdrawal policy.

6. Account

Keep your password secret. You can delete the account yourself at any time; any running Premium access then ends. In case of misuse (such as automated access or sharing access) we may block an account; we then refund paid, unused time pro rata, unless the misuse came from you.

7. Availability and changes

We strive for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it; maintenance and outages are possible. We may develop features further. We will not significantly restrict the Premium features of running access during its term.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

9. Dispute resolution and law

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
